Stable and rewarding, with entry level positions that can lead to advancement.
A fit for different skills and interests. Work in sales, customer service, marketing, operations, underwriting, claims or data science.
In demand. By 2024, the Ohio insurance industry expects to have 29,000 positions to fill (and that's just one state)!
To help the next generation get started, The Institutes (a non-profit dedicated to insurance education) are partnering with the state of Ohio to offer an eight-week online training program.
