In 1968, The Institutes established the Development Fund to encourage risk management and property-casualty organizations to play an active role in the advancement of professional education in our industry. Your contribution is a valuable investment in the future of your organization and our industry as it provides us with the resources to address significant industry-wide challenges, such as:
- Talent attraction and retention
- Talent development
- Industry reputation
How the Fund Helps you
Your contribution will help support industry-wide, altruistic initiatives driven by The Institutes and our affiliates, such as:
Public Policymaker Insurance Education
The Institutes Griffith Insurance Education Foundation is dedicated to providing programs that give public policymakers an opportunity to build valuable knowledge about insurance through the lens of critical and emerging issues.
Financial Support to Students and Colleges
The CPCU-Loman Education Foundation offers up to $2,000, per student, in financial aid to help students offset the costs of travel, housing, and other expenses that may prevent them for pursuing an internship in the insurance industry.
The Griffith Insurance Education Foundation, in an effort to inspire college and university students to study and pursue careers in risk management and insurance, oversees multiple scholarship opportunities throughout the year.
Additionally, The Griffith Insurance Education Foundation, in conjunction with Assurex Global, offers the Robert P. Ashlock Development Program, which serves to further the development of post-secondary risk management and insurance education through grant funding.
MyPath: Insurance. It’s Limitless.
MyPath is the only website and marketing effort that provides our industry with a unified voice to educate and excite students and young professionals about the prospects of an insurance career.
