Corporate Account Setup

Open A Corporate Account

From your company email address, send your request, along with the following information, to

  1. Company billing address
  2. Company Type (Insurance Company, Agency, Broker, Adjusting Co, Government or Public entity, Risk Mgmt dept of Non-Ins. org., Professional, Trade or Educ. Org, Other)
  3. Department and contact person
  4. Contact person's telephone number and email address
  5. Name of individual authorizing the creation of the account
  6. Name of parent company and affiliated companies, if any
  7. Is this a company-wide account (centralized) or office-specific only (decentralized)?

An Institute account representative will contact you when your new account has been created. At that time we will give you your new account number and a brief explanation of how your new account will work.
