Earn the California Workers’ Compensation Claims Professional (WCCP) designation by completing:
Completing the California Workers’ Compensation Claims Administration (WCCA) certificate program is no longer a requirement for earning the WCCP designation. Completing WCCP course content meets continuing education requirements for California workers compensation claims adjusters.
Each WCCP course is available in a package that includes the textbook, online course and online practice exams.
WCCP exams are offered at Institutes-approved on-site testing locations and Prometric Testing Centers. Exams will be available beginning October 2014.
California workers compensation claims professionals, including those employed by insurance companies, third-party administrators and self-insured employers.
Completion Time Frame:
Complete the program in as little as 12 months or less.
If you already completed a course that has expired, the following cross-credits are available:
- CA 16A or CA 16B provides credit for WCCP 16.
- CA 17 provides credit for WCCP 17.
- CA 20 provides credit for WCCP 20.
