"I came to The Institutes´ Web site with no idea of what I needed and how to get started. I called Customer Service and Maria helped me build a professional development profile, she explained the various options that are available, and then actually took the time to help me place my order. This is rare in today´s world. It is comforting to know your organization cares about people and does not have them wholly rely upon a Web site to determine their needs."

Advising Services

This Self-Inventory form is a tool to help you plan your CPCU and/or IIA study. The information you supply will provide the basis for an appropriate course recommendation that will help you work toward your educational and professional goals. This recommendation will consider your insurance experience, formal study in CPCU or IIA subject areas, general educational background, motivation level, study habits, and attitude.

Download the Self-Inventory Form (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) or contact Customer Service (800) 644-2101 or e-mail customerservice@cpcuiia.org to have one mailed to you.
