"One of the biggest challenges facing our industry today is finding job candidates who have a strong technical understanding of insurance. Those candidates who have taken advantage of the educational programs offered by the Institutes clearly set themselves apart from others. In addition, these programs allow our current employees to enhance their contributions to our organization and thus find or create opportunities to further their careers."
